Pets must interact sociably with other animals and humans.
 
Dogs collected/delivered to/from owners or WalkEaze premises will be kept on a lead unless with written permission of the owner. Owners must ensure that their dog wears a collar. Leads must also be provided by owner.

The owner must disclose any behaviour or health problems which may make the dog unsuitable for walking/boarding, including, antisocial behavior or aggression.
 
Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render the dog unsuitable for dog walking/boarding will be deemed a fundamental breach of our agreement.
 
All dogs are required to be in good general health with up to date vaccinations, including kennel cough, proof will be requested. Dogs should also be free from fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites and parasites.
 
A deposit of 50% will be asked for at the time of booking. Cancellation of a non boarding service requires 48 hours notice. For boarding, 28 days notice is required. If the notice period is not adhered to, deposits are non-refundable.
WalkEaze reserve the right to decline or terminate service without prior notice. Depending on circumstances, deposits maybe refundable
 
Payment is daily, weekly or monthly by arrangement. Cash and cheques are accepted. Cheques made payable to S M Boughton.
 
If WalkEaze are unable to gain access to your pet on scheduled days, depending on circumstance, service may still be chargeable.
 
Before any service commences, there will be an initial consultation meeting. A client information card for your pet (inc. a photo) will be created and kept by WalkEaze. A disclaimer signature will be required from the client before a service will commence.
 
Drops offs – Monday to Saturday at an arranged time between 8am – 10 am.
Collections – Monday to Saturday at an arranged time between 8am - 10am & 6pm.
Sundays – closed (Sunday ‘day care’ only maybe available on arrangement - time and a half rate will apply).
 
In the case of an emergency, WalkEaze reserves the right to prioritise the needs of your pet. We will contact you at the given emergency number/s as soon as possible to discuss the situation. If you are un-contactable and veterinary attention is required we will take your pet to the veterinary practice designated in our client information/disclaimer form. In the event of a life threatening situation, we will take your pet to the closest veterinary practice to our location. Owners are responsible for the payment of any veterinary fees incurred.
 
Owners are to supply a sufficient amount of food and, if required, medication for the duration of stay, with detailed instructions for administration.
 
Home Boarding dogs are required to attend an overnight trial stay, at cost, before a longer stay can commence.
 
WalkEaze reserves the right to amend or change any of the above terms and conditions at any time.
 
WalkEaze is fully insured for all published services.
